Due to work constraints, this was an incredibly short convention for me. Literally only a couple of hours or so before I had to run off to work and leave my poor Sefie alone :(

Sefie arrived at my house early that morning and together with Toby, we set off to Armageddon, which was held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. As soon as we got there Sefie went to catch up with a couple of others, and both Toby and I were confronted with a massive queue! Big difference from the other Armageddons from years past.

Once we got in, it was pretty much the same it is every year with a couple of new difference. Mainly lots of traders, couple of areas set aside for shows and of course a boxing ring for the wrestlers. They did have various props from movies set up for people to pose with, mainly from Star Wars and Back to the Future.

After about 20 mins of walking around, we discovered that Seth Green would be conducting a panel soon! Being a massive Family Guy fan, I thought it was be great to take a look. Unfortunately the panel was all about Robot Chicken, a show I've never been keen on :(

In true cosplayer form, despite the freezing weather Toby and I decided on doing a quick shoot of my new Kairi costume. I didn't have high hopes given how cloudy the weather was :( But to my delight, the set was one of the best Toby has ever done! I was completely blown away, in fact he created me the problem of taking too many good shots that I couldn't decide which ones to upload to my website!

After the shoot, quickly caught up with some Manifest peeps and then it was time to head in to work.

I decided to cash in on a co-worker's bet and turned up to work in cosplay! Scored me a free meal the following day :) Most of my friends walked away complaining how boring Armageddon was that day, so I'm not 100% sure I will be returning for next year.
